Watford notched their first away win of the season at Southampton who were beaten by three set-peice goals. Tamas Priskin got his season underway with the first before nabbing his second after Eustace had tapped in. None of this came before the second-minute drama of Richard Lee saving youngster McGoldrick's penalty. Southampton were awarded a second penalty which experienced set-peice man, Paul Wotton, stepped up to miss as well, wrapping up a grey day for Jan Poortvielt's Saints side.
