Man In The Middle: Simon Hooper
Hooper has taken charge of thirty-four games this season, with a vast majority of those coming from the Championship.
A staggering one-hundred and fourteen yellow cards have been issued by Hooper this season, and only in three of them thirty-four games he hasn't issued a single card.
Hooper has shown the red card to three players this season.
You would have to go back to last October to when Hooper was last in charge of a Hornets game, in the 1-1 home draw to Brighton, with the buttons then being pushed by Billy McKinlay at Vicarage Road.
In that game, six yellow cards were issued, with him awarding a Hornets free kick, which Daniel Tozser converting to give the Golden Boys the lead.
The last game he was in charge of was in the Championship on Monday, as Watford's recent opponents Derby County defeated Wigan 2-0 on the Latics' home soil, which lead to former Watford boss Malky Mackay losing his job at the DW Stadium.
In that fixture, Hooper sent four players into the book.
