'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Opposing View: Ipswich Town

Ipswich Town fan Todd Styman (@toddycounago) gives us the lowdown on the Tractor Boys ahead of tomorrow's game...

What are your hopes, fears & expectations for the season?

To be honest I was glad we have addressed out defensive issues with

Our signings, but expectations are low. I would be more than happy pushing for a Play-Off place, but I feel this is unlikely.

How did pre-season go for Ipswich Town?

We lost to Southend United and Luton Town, then beat West Ham and Colchester United - a mixed bag!

How has Scott Loach done so far?

He has been welcomed well by Town fans, especially being a local boy. He made one or two decent saves on Saturday and we are hopeful he can produce the form he showed in his early days at Vicarage Road.

Who will be the key man on Tuesday for you?

Michael Chopra is always our main threat!

Jay Emmanuel Thomas had a poor game Saturday, so he will have something to prove!

If you could drive one player to his next club, who would it be & why?

Probably harsh, but Damien Delaney. A great bloke who puts the effort in, but mistakes galore.

If you could pilfer one Hornet, who & why?

I think we got him in the summer!

In all seriousness, I envy players like Lloyd Doyley! We need players like him at our club, who love the club and want to do everything to move the club forward.

Match prediction?

After Saturday's solid result we are positive. With Watford's stunning London derby comeback, I'm going to go for a goals galore 2-2! Should be a cracker!

Cheers Todd.
