'Johnno' in demand

'Johnno' in demand
Let it never be said Aidy Boothroyd can't spot a player. Even if Sietes, Adam Griffiths, Claude Seanla, Albert Jarrett, Sheku Kamara and many more have failed to take off, Adam Johnson did.

Having returned to Teeside and subsequently made 13 appearances,( only five starts), 'Johnno' wants out thanks to his lack of first-team action at Riverside whilst several clubs want him IN.

Wolves, Sheffield Wednesday, Crystal Palace and Saturday's opponents, Burnley all want to secure a loan-deal for the wideman.

'Johnson is a player I like and I will be speaking to him and his representatives,' Eagles boss Neil Warnock confirmed his interest when he told the Croydon Advertiser.

Aidy Boothroyd is a known admirer having tried to secure a permanent deal for Johnson and who knows? Maybe a second-coming is one the cards...

...we can sign him on loan till the end of March. Also, No he didn't complete a 3 month loan, that was the original agreement, however Southgate had injuries at Middlesborough, so activated the 24hour call back clause in the loan agreement. Hence, he can come to join Watford again on loan. Come to Watford Jonno, your loved by every Watford fan, and I would love to see him in the colours of Watford again. A view to a perminent transfer would be good.
