Dan to Wigan? A load of old Shittu

The January Transfer Window has barely closed, yet already the tabloids are speculating over Dan Shittu's future.

The big man has just returned to the 'Vic after spending a montn out in Ghana with Nigeria and has been moutainos on his return.

However, the NoTW have been quick to claim that the Lagos-born centre back is wanted by Steve Bruce at Wigan.

This is Wigan who look more and more likely to be dropping into the Championship every week with a front pairing of Emile Heskey and some Forest reject called Marlon King?!?!

Methinks Dan would be better off joining one of his other alleged suitors, Celtic perhaps...!

Neither can I. Cheers; I think me and the good Dr should write headlines for The Sun, we must be the best headline-writing Vital Editors! Not blowing my own trumpet of course!
