Creative central midfielder Almen Abdi signed for the Hornets on a season-long loan on July 30 2012.
The six-cap Swiss international - of Albanian descent - had been on trial during pre-season with a view to completing a loan move from Udinese.
Abdi impressed in a central midfield three and looks to be the missing piece of the puzzle, bringing a good range of passing, vision and creativity to the centre of the park.
Contracted until June 30 2013.
