After notching their first away win of the season at Southampton on Saturday, the chance for Watford to collect their third three points in a row comes quickly with the visit of Cardiff.
The Bluebirds have blown hot and cold this season, but two Ross McCormack goals did for Charlton at Ninian Park at the weekend, and so Watford are in for a stern test.

Grzegorz Rasiak is finally heading towards the first team after a broken shoulder whilst Mart Poom and Scott Loach are still out.
Lloyd Doyley remains hamstrung on the sidelines whilst there is no time-span on Theo Robinson's injury. Liam Henderson and Jobi McAnuff returned to the bench last week, but Boothroyd will keep faith the the same side to beat Southampton.
The Hungarian international nabbed his first two goals of the season on Saturday, so expect him to be ready to snatch some more to add to his 7 Watford goals in two years!
Joe Ledley hasn't trained all week so is highly unlikely to be thrown into Dave Jones' starting eleven whilst ulity man Ricky Scimeca and regular left-back Tony Capaldi are both out.
Miguel Comminges should come in for Capldi.
Former Motherwall forward, a one-time Watford target racked up his 7th and 8th Bluebirds league goals on Saturday, alongside the big presence of Jay Bothroyd, just one goal, the Scot hast thrived.
In four previous meetings with Cardiff, Aidy Boothroyd has won 10 out of 12 points.
Watford 2-2 Cardiff City A hard-fought game between two decent sides, Watford are decent at home, so should claim a share of the spoils.
