'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Singing for the Blues

Ipswich Town are undefeated at home this season; an impressive run which now stretches to fifteen games, 11 wins and 4 draws.

Town gaffer, Jim Magilton firmly believes that his sides excellent home support is an integral part of the Tractor Boys success at Portman Road this campaign:

Our fans have been magnificent this year, as always, and I was delighted for them when we ended that away run at Sheffield Wednesday, they have played their part in our home form this season and really got behind the team and we need them at full voice on Saturday.'

Since taking over from Joe Royle in 2006 the former Northern Ireland cap has won 32 of his eighty three matches in charge and is confident of another victory come Saturday. That despite the visit of Boothroyd's boys and the league's in-form away side:

'Watford are a powerful side who I fully expected to be up there contesting promotion but my players are relishing the challenge.

'It will be a big game and if we can get the win then it takes us one step closer to where we want to be.

The best home form in the Championship versus the best away form in the Championship - something's gotta give...
