'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Not another Marlon? Harewood linked

Rumours are circling that Aston Villa misfit Marlon Harewood could be about to join Watford on loan...and even the 'usually ever-so reliable' hacks down at the Watford Observer have commented it.

Now don`t get us wrong here at VitalWatford, Harewood does have his strengths but the Hornets splashed out 4.5m on hitman Nathan Ellington in August and he has barely had a kick due to the form of King and Hendo whilst 4th choice striker Tamas Priskin has the backing of the boss.

Quite why Aidy Boothroyd would consider making a move for the 28 year old Villa frontman then is beyond us - the guy has notched up 100 league goals but has made little to no impact at Villa Park this season [maybe the 4m price tag round his ankles has something to do with it]!

And let`s face it if Martin O`Neill can`t get the best out of the former Nottingham Forest and West Ham man, then well, who can?

he's barely been given a chance at villa which is disapointing after spending quite a substantial amount of money on him.
