'If It's Football, It's Vital'

King = kerching!

With the transfer window now less than 48 hours away, here come the endless inevitable rumours regarding our star players. And Lloyd Doyley.

Fulham evidently haven't learnt any lessons whatsoever following the short and unsuccessful reign of Lawrie Sanchez and new boss Roy Hodgson is apparently looking to make Marlon King one of his first signings.

King has skulked around Vicarage Road almost all season and it took him well over two months to notch his first from open play this term. 'The King of Vicarage Road' has even twice been benched by gaffer Aidy Boothroyd who has favoured a Henderson and Ellington strike duo.

With ten goals under his belt, four pens and the addition of silly season prices the former Gills hitman is believed to be worth four million according to our close neighbours, VitalFulham

This resident of Vicarage Road says take the money from the Cottagers, don't bother banking it and use it to pay off Stewart, Kabba, Mahon and Francis!

KIng is a good player IMO, and you missed him badly last season. but from what I have seen this season his heart isnt at vicarage road, so if the money is right then sell him. However with fulham it may be a case of be carefull what you wish for Marlon as both clubs could well be swapping places at the end of the season, because Fulham look a very poor side.

Indeed. I agree with everything bar us going up, especially with our poor defending and failed attempts at finishing moves off...
