No show 'Mahon' set for Jan exit.
Former Hornets club captain Gavin Mahon wasn`t even present to see Watford claim an undeserved point against Cardiff on Boxing Day, despite full attendance of all first team squad, fringe players and youth team at Vicarage Road.
Mahon`s absence fuels further speculation that he is set to sign for QPR as soon as the January transfer window opens.
Mahon heads up a trio of players, including Sunderland striker Daryl Murphy and West Ham`s Hogan Ephraim, all set to sign on the dreaded dotted at Loftus Road as QPR go mad in the new year sales.
QPR are also linked to Sheffield Wednesday defensive duo of Jermaine Johnson and Tommy Spurr whilst reports suggest a formal bid is on the table for Wigan`s unsettled full back Fitz Hall.
