Visit of Coventry sold out

Home tickets to see Watford entertain Coventry City at Vicarage Road on Saturday have today (Tuesday) sold out.

The match is the second Family Day at Vicarage Road in the 2005/06 Championship campaign and tickets have sold like hot cakes. The Ticket Office have reported that tickets have been selling at 1,000 a day and following Watford’s 4-1 thrashing of second-placed Sheffield United live on Sky, tickets for the last remaining seats were sold out before lunchtime.

The visit of Micky Adams’ in-form side will see fortress Vicarage Road packed to the rafters as 17,500 home fans will be cheering on Aidy Boothroyd’s men in what looks a mouth-watering match. The Golden Boys, with their exciting brand of attacking football, will be hoping to maintain their hundred percent record in the Championship for 2006.
