'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Watford fans can live without Jinky!

Last Friday was a black day in VitalWatford Towers, when the news broke that the evil people at Middlesborough had recalled wing wizard Adam Johnson a month early from his loan spell with the Hornets.

But it seems that a huge chunk of the Vicarage Road faithful reckon that life won`t be so bad without ol` Jinky terrorising a helpless fullback on the left flank and causing havoc with his dead ball ability.

In fact, 52% of you (yes a majority) have publicly thrown your support behind Jobi McAnuff to step up to the plate in the coming weeks to fill the void, in a recent VitalWatford fans poll.

Ok, so 20% of you also said that the Johnson`s recall was so critical that it could make you cry and a further 8% said we should shut the doors and now forget about promotion now Johnson is back on Teeside!

Forget about Promotion? Never. We`ve got Campana or McNamee to call upon and there`s always the possibility Aidy will go 4-3-3 with King, Hendo and The Duke all featuring up at Barnsley.

How exciting.

You don't like Middlesbrough either? I'm beginning to wonder if anyone does.
