'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Chelsea's Hutch tipped for Hornets

Another day, another piece of mindless speculation from TribalFootball which has given the VitalWatford boys a nice little giggle on this dull monday morning in VitalWatford Towers

Apparently the Hornets are in a two way battle with Ian Dowie`s Cov to sign up young Chelsea right back and England U19 captain Sam Hutchison on loan.

18yo Hutchison, who can also play at centre half, was picked out as 'one for the future' by Mourinho, made his Premiership debut against Everton last season after impressing for the reserves and went on the pre-season tour to the US with the first team squad.

He also signed a 4-yr deal with the Blues in August so they are obviously pretty keen on him staying at Stamford Bridge for the foreseeable.

In fact, Championship rivals Plymouth had a loan move for Hutchinson turned down just 8 weeks ago and Pilgrims boss, Ian Holloway, informed us all that "I have heard from Chelsea and they have told me they want to keep Sam (Hutchinson) in and around their first-team squad"

This gem of a quote obviously never made the journey up from Devon to the hacks with their ears close to the ground at TribalFootball...

Typical!

Why do we need a right back anyway? With Mariappa and Doyley! Tribalfootball, what a great sight. Not.
