Four Horns awarded

Hopefully it's a sign of things to come as Watford have seen four of their players rewarded for their form of late.

Hitman Darius Henderson, who has seven goals for the Horns this term [2nd overall to James Beattie in the Championship] has been named as the 'Powerade Player of the Month'. Henderson was amongst fourshortlisted players for the award, these players included Felipe Teixeira, Michael Mifsud and James Beattie, but the Doncaster-born hitman scooped the acolade.

The other players to scoop praise this week were Marlon King, Lloyd Doyley and Richard Lee, all of whom made 'Team of the Week'.

The full'Team of the Week' is as follows:
Lee

Doyley
Nyatanga McAuley Borrowdale

Kightly Koren Garvan McIndoe

King John

Finally, young Hornet Toumani Diagouraga, on-loan at Hereford, won a place in the League Two 'Team of the Week'.

Congratulations to all the above players, here's to more cheer come May!

This is big news for Darius. The Powerade award is just reward for Hendo who has let his ability do all the talking for him.
