'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Still no show for new boy Santiago

Despite bag loads of speculation amongst the dog eared hacks down at London`s free press, Argentinian youngster Santiago Aloi was a 'no show' for the Watford ressies last night.

The 20 year old midfielder, on a season long loan from River Plate, is yet to taste league action for the Hornets as he pursues a permanent move in the summer, but was rumoured to be all set for his first appearance in last nights 2-1 win Pontins league clash at Wycombe.

Yet there was no sign of the new boy Aloi's flowing locks at Adams Park as Rinaldi and John Jo O`Toole filled the midfield berths with matchwinner Campana and McNamee on the flanks.

VitalWatford are being ever so cautious to 'big up` our new South American import, even though the official club site reckon he is "an exciting investment for the future" who will make his mark on the first team frame "at some point this season".

After all, let`s face it Sir Aidy`s track record in signing youngsters with spadefuls of potential has been a bit hit and miss in all fairness…

Kamara, Seanla, Griffiths… Need we go on?

I totally agree. Rinaldi looks class but is a bit injury prone!
