Dyche's second coming

The official Watford site has announced that former Hornets skipper, Sean Dyche, has re-joined the club in the capacity of Academy U18`s coach. Dyche, now 36, left the club in 2005 when Aidy Boothroyd arrived and went on to play for Northampton.

Dyche`s return means that Academy boss, David Dodds, has one less responsibility as Watford continue their successful conveyer belt of exciting young talents: "The appointment frees me up to oversee all of the Academy as previously I was looking after the under 18`s as well."

Somehow methinks the site of skin headed Dyche on a cold and frosty morning at London Colney will be more than enough to toughen up our lads, whether or not they actually learn anything we will soon find outů
