New Four Year Watford Deal For Midfielder

New Four Year Watford Deal For Midfielder

Earlier this week Watford confirmed that midfielder Etienne Capoue had signed a new deal at Vicarage Road.

The 29 year old signed from Tottenham Hotspur back in 2015 and he now has ten goals to his name in 92 appearances and despite numerous speculation surrounding his future in the January transfer window with his struggles under Marco Silva, the Frenchman has now committed himself once again to the club.

Whether Fiorentina's interest will return in the summer is probably down to the media.

With seven caps under his name, the arrival of Javi Gracia as seen him once again become a first team regular and with his existing deal expiring next year, Watford remain in control of things with the deal extension.
