'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Davenport cries

West Ham defender Calum Davenport has issued a rallying call to his team-mates ahead of this weekend's proverbial 'six-pointer' against Watford.

Last month's FA Cup clash between the two sides saw Watford come out 1-0 winners but it is this weekend's game at Upton Park which could prove make or break for both clubs.

Watford make the trip to the East End propping up the rest of the Premiership but Davenport has warned against complacency given their own lowly status.

We actually tried to sign Davenport as a part exchange with Ashley Young but it didn't happen. And now, Davenport obviously regrets his decision because he will probably get injured and join the other West Ham money-grabbers on the sidelines. You could have had it all Calum.
