Suarez Heads To China

Suarez Heads To China

On Tuesday, Watford announced that Mario Suarez had now completed his move to China and Guizhou Hengfeng Zhicheng FC.

The 30 year old midfielder arrived at Watford and Vicarage Road from Fiorentina back in January 2016 and took in a total of 17 appearances for us. Only nine of those were starting appearances though and he spent the entirety of the 2017/18 campaign out on loan with Valencia.

Last season he made 24 appearances for the Spanish side but has now opted for a new experience out in China's growing Chinese Super League set up.

The deal is a permanent switch but there are no fees talked about in the media.
