Man Utd run scared

Man Utd run scared

Watford goalkeeper Ben Foster is ineligible for Wednesday's trip to face his parent club Manchester United at Old Trafford. Richard Lee is set to step in as the Premiership's bottom side take on the leaders.

Striker Darius Henderson missed training sessions with an ankle problem but should feature and defender Malky Mackay is expected to shrug off a calf niggle.

Centre-back Danny Shittu (ankle) remains a doubt and midfielder Gavin Mahon is still being troubled by a calf problem so may remain sidelined.

Man Utd will welcome back Saha and C. Ronaldo who had been given time off so as not to 'burn-out`. That is great news for the Hornets, just when Rooney scores goals like Cantona, in the form-of-his-life Ronaldo and regular scorer Saha are all included in the squad we got to go to Old Trafford and play them. Oh dear. I looked at odds for the game, Watford 1000/1 to have a shot on target.

But hang on, in the form-of-the-last-week Watford can cause an upset against the table-toppers if we continue the work ethic that we have come to like this past week. A bit of luck will be needed, but I know Aidy will work his magic and get the boys fired up for the game.

Watford (from): Lee, Chamberlain, Mariappa, Mackay, DeMerit, Stewart, Smith, Francis, Bangura, McNamee, Bouazza, Henderson, Powell, Doyley, Kabba, Ashikodi, Shittu, Mahon, Priskin.
