Watford midfielder joins Cambridge

Watford starlet Ben Gill has joined conference outfit Cambridge United on a month`s loan.

The all-action central midfielder, who can also play at centre-half, hopes to pick-up up valuable first-team football in his quest to break into the Watford first team.

The Harrow-born 18-year-old joined the Hornets from near-neighbours Arsenal last summer, will return to Vicarage Road when his loan deal expires at the Abbey Stadium on November 4.
