Watford duo receive England call-ups

Watford duo Ben Foster and Ashley Young have been called into the England senior and Under-21 squad respectively.

Foster, who was on the bench for the 1-0 victory over Macedonia, receives his fourth call-up to the national squad while Ashley Young gets his second taste of international action after making his debut for the Under-21s against Switzerland last month.

Manchester United loanee Foster, who has already been dubbed as England`s Number One by the Vicarage Road faithful, will be hoping to push Paul Robinson all the way for the starting goalkeeping berth and is part of the squad that will take on Macedonia on October 7 at Old Trafford.

Stevenage-born Young, who has risen through the Watford youth ranks, is part of Peter Taylor`s squad that will take on Germany home and away in the space of four days. The first match takes place at Coventry`s impressive Ricoh Arena on October 6, the second match takes place in Leverkusen four days later.
