Deeney selected in 'Team of the Week'

Watford striker Troy Deeney has been selected in the n.Power Championship 'Team of the Week' following his two-goal salvo at the weekend.

The 24 year-old striker, celebrating his 100th Hornet's appearace, bagged twice against Keith Hill's Barnsley to set Gianfranco Zola's side on their way to a 4-1 win.

Deeney's brace took him up to eight goals this season with six of those coming in his last five games.

The Chelmsley-born hitman now has 21 league goals for the Hornets in 55 starts.
