Hall 'doubtful' for Millwall clash

Gianfranco Zola has no fresh injury concerns, but could be without defender Fitz Hall for Tuesday's visit from Millwall.

The experienced defender was substituted a minute before time against Leicester City on Saturday and Zola has admitted the powerful defender is 'doubtful' ahead of Millwall's visit.

Speaking to The Watford Observer, Zola confirmed the news:

'Fitz Hall is doubtful for the game. He picked up a problem and we are assessing him. He felt a problem with his hamstring near the tendon and we are not 100 per cent sure what it is,' conceded Zola.

Watford will once again be without Neuton (ankle), Nyron Nosworthy (hamstring) and John Eustace (back).

There was more positive news on attacker Geoffrey Mujangi Bia, who is free of injury but working his way back to fitness.

'Geoffrey Mujangi Bia is ok. His fitness is better but we are not sure if his fitness is good enough to feature tomorrow,' revealed Zola.

With Hall looking increasingly unlikely to face the Lions, Swedish international Joel Ekstrand could be given the nod make his first start for the Hornets since signing on-loan from Udinese.
