Dyche offered Burnley job?

Ex-Hornet's boss Sean Dyche has been offered the vacant manager's position at Burnley, according to Sky Sports News.

The previous incumbent of the manager's office at Vicarage Road has been out of work since the summer after being sacked by the Pozzo's following their takeover.

However, despite being linked with the vacant positions at Crawley Town and Wimbledon, the 41 year-old appears to be the favourite to succeed Eddie Howe at Turf Moor.

Howe moved back to Bournemouth earlier in the month, and according to Sky Sports News amongst others, the former Watford defender has been offered the post by Burnley's board.

As soon as there are any developments on Dyche's future, Vital Watford will bring them to you.

Fingers crossed Sean!

Absolutely. He did a corking job here on limited resources with chaos surrounding him off the field. Some questionable signings, but some excellent ones too. Always conducted himself with the utmost dignity, never blamed referees etc & told it how it was. Was sacked to universal disappointment for an 11th place finish.
