OFFICIAL: Garner extension confirmed

Striker Joe Garner's stay with Carlisle United has been extended by a further month this afternoon.

The 24 year-old forward initially joined the League One Cumbrians on-loan during September, and has since made five appearances.

United boss Greg Abbott admitted last week that he wanted to keep the former Blackburn Rovers hitman at the club, and a deal has been agreed today.

Garner will now stay at Brunton Park until November 20.
