Hall Set For Medical

Hall Set For Medical

With Adrian Mariappa signing for Reading this lunchtime it seems Hornets boss Gianfranco Zola has wasted no time in lining up his replacement.

News breaking from the Watford Observer this aternoon is that former Crystal Palace and Queen's Park Rangers defender Fitz Hall will be having a medical at Watford this afternoon ahead of a move to the Hornets.

Hall is famous among Watford supporters for his infamous touchline bust up with then Hornets boss Aidy Boothroyd in the Playoff Semi Final second leg at Vicarage Road in 2006.

Weird one. We had three good CB's - one was always going to miss out - now we have three again. Hope Bennett/Thompson/Hoban get a chance. Decent player in his own right.
