Short-term Saracens stay agreed in principle

Watford and remnants Saracens have struck an agreement over the use of the Vicarage Roa pitch for the forthcoming season.

Sarries, who yesterday announced that they would expect to play their first match at their new home at the Copthall site in Barnet, will play a handful of games at the Vic'.

Whilst a specific number has not been publicised, the new pitch shouldn't be impacted upon negatively by the limited number of games.

Saracens have also said they will play at Wembley Stadium, Twickenham, and an as yet unannounced central London location.

It beggars belief why they play any where they want at whatever ground they want & still have fans...
