New Watford board taking shape
Raffaele Riva has filled the void left by Graham Taylor who resigned as chairman at the end of May.
Riva, a business associate of the Pozzo's, has been appointed as the Hornet's new chairman following the Pozzo family's takeover at the weekend.
Scott Duxbury and Gianluca Nani, both formerly of West Ham United, have been appointed as executive directors on the board.
Both are expected to fill other roles too with Duxbury becoming Chief Executive Officer, and Nani Director of Football.
Professor Stuart Timperley and bond-holder David Fransen remain on the board as non-executive board members.
