Dyche: 'Loyalty works both ways'
Hornet's supremo Sean Dyche has admitted that he has been 'sounded out' by agents but is keen to remain at Vicarage Road.
The 40 year-old, who was appointed last summer after Malky Mackay's acrimonious departure, admits that he is flattered by links to the Birmingham and Hull City jobs.
An excellent second half of the 2011/12 campaign saw Dyche's side finish in 11th place in the n.Power Championship - a feat which has seen Dyche become hot property in some circles.
Speaking to The Watford Observer, Dyche re-affirmed his commitment to the Hornets:
'It has been very flattering to be linked with some high-profile vacancies, and I have had one or two agents sounding me out since the end of the season.'
The gaffer continued:
'But quite honestly I am very happy at Watford. I really appreciated the chance given to me a year ago when I was made manager after Malky (Mackay) went to Cardiff, and loyalty works both ways.'
Well said Sean.
