'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Dyche: 'I've no reason to be disappointed'

Sean Dyche was bullish in his post match interviews, despite his side dropping two points against a dangerous Brighton side.

The Hornets went ahead after early Albion pressure thanks to a superb Sean Murray free-kick.

More pressure from the hosts followed before Troy Deeney doubled the lead from the penalty spot.

However, Gus Poyet's side staged a comeback in the second half and goals from skipper Inigo Calderon and former 'Orn, Will Buckley, secured a share of the spoils.

Speaking afterwords to The Official Site, Dyche said:

'We've just come to a really good footballing side and outpassed them for long periods during the first half, o I've no reason to be disappointed with our players. There are going to be times when you come under pressure, like the second half here.'

The gaffer continued:

'It was a fair result overall. I'm not sure too many teams have come here and taken the game to them like we did tonight.'

Watford complete their away duties for the season this Saturday at Peterborough United.
