OFFICIAL: Trotta returns to Fulham

Young Fulham forward Marcello Trotta has returned to Craven Cottage following the completion of his one-month loan spell.

The Italian striker made just one start for the Goldenboys, the 3-0 defeat at Vicarage Road by Southampton.

Since then, the former Wycombe Wanderers loanee has been out of the first-team picture in WD18 with Joe Garner, Troy Deeney and Chris Iwelumo preferred up top.

Speaking to The Official Site, Sean Dyche said:

'Marcello came in to what was a very tough ask against Southampton and we ended up shuffling things around after that game.

'We've been unbeaten since then - so he's been unlucky in that there hasn't been that real need to alter too much.'

Good luck in the future Marcello!

Not through anyones fault though, just very unlucky to make his debut in a game which paved the way for wholesale change.
