Gilmartin completes Glovers loan

Irish goalkeeper Rene Gilmartin has completed his loan spell at League One Yeovil Town and returned to Vicarage Road.

The 26 year-old 'keeper made eight appearances for the Glovers during his loan spell in Somerset, keeping three clean sheets.

Along with young striker Gavin Massey, Gilmartin has returned to WD18 early following the termination of his loan spell by Yeovil.

Former Hornets coach Gary Johnson is back in charge at Huish Park now and he appears to be clearing the decks to make way for his own men.

Former Walsall stopper Gilmartin will now return to Vicarage Road to provide competition to Scott Loach for the number one jersey.

Welcome back Rene!
