Nosworthy set to pen permanent deal?

Watford are about to make Nyron Nosworthy their first capture of the January Transfer Window, according to Sky Sports News.

The Brixton-born centre-back recently completed a highly successful three-month loan spell at Vicarage Road before returning to parent club Sunderland.

However, the 31 year-old is set to return to Hertfordshire according to Sky Sports News.

Despite a defensive injury crisis, Martin O'Neill will sanction the sale of the club's longest-servin player who has just six months left on his contract.

Sky Sports understand that former Gillingham defender Nosworthy will sign an 18-month contract with Sean Dyche's side.

VitalWatford should be your first port of call as and when the news in confirmed via official sources.
