Dyche: 'We took it very seriously'

Sean Dyche was 'delighted' with his side's 4-2 victory over Bradford City in the F.A Cup this afternoon.

The Hornets took the lead in the third minute through Troy Deeney before the Bantams equalized. A goal from Marvin Sordell and a brace from Craig Forsyth completed the job before Zahki Wells snatched a consolation.

Speaking afterwords to The Watford Observer, Dyche praised his side:

"I am delighted with today`s performance for the simple reason that we took it very seriously. You could tell from the team that I put out that we were going to take it seriously.'

Dyche continued:

"Bradford were very organised and they made it uncomfortable. They put a lot on top of us, behind us and in the box through throw-ins and set pieces.

"We dealt with that and some of our play was controlled, there were also some very good moments and moments of individual skill.'

Watford will find out their fourth round opponents in tomorrow evening's draw. The Hornet's are ball number 29.
