'If It's Football, It's Vital'

OFFICIAL: Mingoia loaned to Brentford

Versatile midfielder Piero Mingoia has today joined Brentford on a one-month loan deal.

The 20 year-old Hornet's academy graduate will link up with team-mate Dale Bennett at Griffin Park for an initial month.

Mingoia made his 'Orns bow in last season's F.A Cup, scoring a sublime effort in a 4-1 win over Hartlepool United at the Vic'.

The diminutive playmaker stayed in and around the first-team squad until the end of the campaign, making four starts and three substitute appearances in total.

This campaign has seen Mingoia restricted to development squad matches only however. A move to Brentford will see the Italian-born midfielder eligible for five games.

Good luck Piero!
