Dyche nominated for 'Manager of the Month'

Hornet's boss Sean Dyche is in with a shout of being named the final manager of the month for 2011.

The former centre-half and captain is one of four nominations for the December 'Manager of the Month' award.

Dyche guided the Hornets to two wins and three draws throughout a tough December, enough to earn him a nomination.

Also in the running are Middlesbrough's Tony Mowbray, Eddie Howe of Burnley and Reading's Brian McDermott.

Owing to the odd scheduling, at least if Dyche wins we've already lost our first game of the next month!

The winner will be announced on Friday morning.

Good luck Sean!

Hahaha! Shows how inconsistent a lot of teams have been that he got a nomination!
