It's been a few weeks for the football news sources as the January Transfer Window opens and as ever, there has been no shortage of players linked with a move to Watford.
Here's Vital Watford's round-up of the names who've been linked with a switch to Vicarage Road in the last month...
Kwesi Appiah, striker, Margate: Twenty-one year-old striking ace who has an eye-watering 32 goals in 19 appearances so far this season for Margate, making him the highest scorer in the country no less.
The former Peterborough youngster is also wanted by Leeds and Aston Villa. Agent Saif Rubie told Sky Sports News he is confident he will return to The Football League this January:
'I anticipate things to be resolved with Kwesi very, very shortly about a move back to the Football League.
'Kwesi is a top talent and he is keen to try his luck again at league level.'
Leon Clarke, striker, Swindon Town: A man who has emphatically failed to cut it at this level in the past with Wolves, Sheffield Wednesday and QPR.
Clarke, 26, only moved to Swindon in the summer but spectacularly fell out with Paolo Di Canio within a few days before being loaned to Chesterfield.
Nine goals in 16 games for the League One Spireites, we're facing competition from Barnsley, Crawley, Huddersfield and Bradford for this hot-shot.
Karl Sheppard, striker, Shamrock Rovers: Further down the league pyramid and overseas even, is Irish forward Karl Sheppard.
The 10-goal forward was out of contract at the end of December, putting Blackpool, Cardiff and Peterborough on red-alert along with the 'Orns.
The 20 year-old recently won his first Republic of Ireland U21 cap.
Agent Dan Fletcher sung his praises to Sky Sports News:
'Karl's had a great season for Shamrock, he's scored 10 goals and is the first striker name on their team sheet,' Fletcher told skysports.com.
'He's also been rewarded with a Republic of Ireland U21 cap recently for his hard work.
'He's out of contract in December, so of course there's significant interest in him from England.'
Habib Habibou, striker, Zulte Waregem: Never accuse Sean Dyche of not casting his net wide, this 24 year-old forward hails from the Central African Republic but currently plays in Belgium.
The 24 year-old has been on trial with both Watford and West Ham recently but is also attracting the interest of Brighton.
Jan Gregus, defender, Banik Ostrava: Recently on-trial with the Hornets; Czech football buff Chris Boothroyd tells me on Twitter that150k would do the job and that he definitely has potential.
And there you have it, a comprehensive list of the players linked with us recently. Will any of them happen - I highly doubt it!
