Massey loan extended again

Young striker Gavin Massey has this afternoon penned a loan extension with Yeovil Town.

The Watford-born forward has been with the League One side since September 12 but will now remain at Huish Park until January 14.

Massey's initial loan deal had been due to expire following the Glovers' game against Notts County on Saturday.

The 19 year-old forward has scored three goals in his three-month spell in Somerset from six starts. Massey's made a further six substitute appearances for the club.

Good luck Gavin!

Indeed, if Joe Garner can't get in the match-day squad, then Massey is doing well to be out on loan getting game-time.

I think Garner was a waste of what little money we have.... He needs to prove he was worth it...
