Watford draw Bradford in F.A Cup 3rd round

This afternoon`s F.A Cup 3rd round draw has seen Watford drawn against Bradford City, at Vicarage Road.

The tie will be played on the weekend of 7th/8th of January.

The Hornet`s recent F.A Cup history very mix-and-match. Last season Malky Mackay`s men reached the 4th round where they were ousted 1-0 by Brighton having won in the 3rd round 4-0 against Hartlepool United.

In 2009/10 the 'Orns succumbed in the 3rd round - defeated 5-0 at Stamford Bridge by Chelsea. The season before Watford were also knocked out by Chelsea, 3-1 at the Vic`, having gone ahead through Tamas Priskin.

The Goldenboys had reached the 5th round by beating Scunthorpe United 1-0 and Crystal Palace 4-3 in WD18.

Winning breeds confidence, so here`s to a winnable tie, a good cup run and a sprinkling of the F.A Cup magic eh?
