Dyche quashes Weale rumours

Hornet's boss Sean Dyche has come out today to deny the rumours surrounding Leicester City 'keeper, Chris Weale.

Strong rumours came out last night that the 29 year-old Foxes stopper would be the 'Orns second loan signing in 24 hours but Dyche has refuted that claim.

Speaking to The Watford Observer, Dyche said:

"I always think the internet is a much better gauge than me so I would definitely use the internet as a source of information if I was you, and everyone else, out there because it is always 100 per cent correct." Joked Dyche.

"He is on a list of about 50 players in all different positions.'

The Watford Observer understands that Weale was due to sign on loan before the Foxes parted company with Sven Goran Eriksson yesterday afternoon.

When pressed on which position the second signing would be, Dyche remained coy.

In other Hornet's news, Michael Kightly's injury is not as bad as first feared and the Wolves loanee will remain with the club to see out his temporary spell.
