'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Hornet's go the whole Hogg

Watford have today signed Aston Villa's young midfielder, Jonathan Hogg, for an undisclosed fee.

The 20 year-old has penned a three-year contract at Vicarage Road and is available for selection tomorrow.

Teesider Hogg ended last season on-loan at Portsmouth last season where he made 19 appearances before signing a new contract at Villa Park.

But, under Alex McLeish it was clear the 5'8' midfielder wouldn't feature and he jumped at the opportunity to play first-team football with Watford.

Hogg played six times for Villa during a two-year spell with the Midland's outfit.

Welcome, Jonathan!
