Mackay poaches Kerslake, Collinge and McBride

As expected, Malky Mackay has returned to raid Watford for David Kerslake, Richard Collinge and Joe McBride.

Kerslake and McBride were both brought to Vicarage Road by Mackay last summer at first-team coach and youth coach respectively, whilst Richard Collinge had been at the club for a number of years in the medical department.

Kerslake will assist Mackay with McBride stepping up to coach the first-team. Richard Collinge will be come 'Head of Performance'.

A statement on the official site confirms that a compensation package was agreed for the trio who have all agreed terms with the Bluebirds.

More importantly, the statment also confirms that Sean Dyche is close to confirming his own backroom staff. Announcements should be made soon.
