Watford Leisure PLC to be de-listed

Watford Leisure PLC to be de-listed

Watford`s parent company, Watford Leisure PLC, will officially be de-listed from the Stock Exchange on May 31, allowing Watford FC Limited to be ushered in as the new parent company.

Once Watford Leisure PLC has been de-listed it is 'anticipated` that the company will be re-registered as a private company.

Shareholders in Watford Leisure who have not had their shares acquired by Watford FC Limited in the takeover will find that their shares will no longer be able to effect transactions in Watford Leisure Shares on AIM.

If the club is privitely owned the new owners can do as they please.. I'm not sure I trust the new owner yet.. That's why I'm not sure...
