Massey loaned to Stones

Young forward Gavin Massey has linked up with non-league Wealdstone on-loan until the end of the current campaign.

The Hornet's U18 striker joins a list of 'Orns who have gained vital experience with the local side including John-Joe O'Toole, Liam Henderson and Marvin Sordell.

Massey will return to Watford during the week though to continue his educational studies and training regime due to the part-time nature of the Stones.

In other Hornet's news, Danny Drinkwater is yet to return to Watford having travelled back to parent club Manchester United for treatment on an injury picked up at Doncaster Rovers.

Good luck Gavin!
