Henderson sent back to the Vic'

Former Notts County trainee Liam Henderson has returned to Watford once more after Aldershot sent the 20 year-old striker back to Vicarage Road.

The Gateshead-born forward was sent on-loan to the League Two Shots earlier in the transfer window but manager Kevin Dillon left two days later.

New manager, and former Hornet Dean Holdsworth has since been appointed and made the decision to send the the former Colchester and Hartlepool United loanee back to WD18.

"Liam is back training with us at the moment as Aldershot sent him back to us because the new manager didn't want him.' Malky Mackay told the The Watford Observer

Under F.A rules Henderson will now have to wait 10-14 days before being allowed to move out on loan again as Henderson is still technically an Aldershot player:

'...he is still under contract with them until the end of the month so we cannot send him back out under FA rules. He has another two weeks to ten days."

Henderson made one start for the Shots in a 2-1 defeat by Oxford.

I know some don't rate him, but I like the lad! May be needs to gain some weight and get a bit ugly, but in time he will be a good player, in the past, us fans have been quick to right off players. Tim Sherwood, holdsworth, Ewan Roberts etc.

I want to rate him. But whenever he has come on he looks completely lost, as if he's never seen a football. Obviously always coming off the bench doesn't help but by now he should be showing something. If he can't even get games out on loan then...
