Hornets sign former Spurs starlet

Watford have signed former Spurs starlet Claude Seanla on a one-year professional contract.

Seanla spent the majority of last season with the North London outfit`s Academy but made the short trip to Hertfordshire to join the Golden Boys on trial in March.

The Vicarage Road coaching staff liked what they saw and rewarded The Ivory Coast-born 18-year-old, who can either play as a left-sided midfielder or as a striker, with a one-year professional deal.

I cannot understand Tottenham here, Seanla has showed huge potential and Tottenham do like to nurture obvious talent (Crouch aside!!) so why let him Go, strange, very strange.

To add to my previous post, I hope Tottenham have included a sell on clause!
