Kiernan joins Bradford on loan

Versatile young midfielder-cum-defender Rob Kiernan will spend the next two months under the stewardship of a former England manager.

The former Yeovil Town and Kilmarnock youngster has left WD18 for the second time this season to link up with Peter Taylor at Bradford City.

Kiernan has already spent time away from the Vic' this season with Yeovil of League One but struggled to make an impression before being sent back after just a handful of appearances.

'Rob went to Yeovil and unfortunately it didn't quite work out for him. He needs games, he needs league football and he needs experience.

'I'm delighted that Bradford contacted us about him. He's going up there for the next couple of months to be involved at a real good level with a good manager who has a proven track record of dealing with youngsters.'
Said Malky Mackay of the youngster's temporary move.

Good luck Rob!
