Watford have the chance to right the wrongs of Saturday's defeat by Portsmouth as the campaign picks up pace by hosting Ipswich Town at the Vic' on Tuesday.
After a blistering start to the season, in polar opposition to last seasons abysmal start to the campaign, Ipswich have faltered slightly in recent weeks. One win in four is hardly catastrophic but after Roy Keane promised promotion last term he'll be keen to arrest this minor slip in form and fire the Tractor boys back up towards the automatic promotion places.
Town strengthened their midfield options further yesterday (Saturday) with the capture of Jack Colback on loan from Sunderland after an impressive loan last season.
Watford Team News:
Ross Jenkins and Rene Gilmartin both missed out on Saturday through injury but could be in contention to return to the squad, if not Jonathan Bond and Michael Bryan will hold their places. Midfielder Don Cowie was taken off after 23 minutes with a knee problem and seems unlikely to feature meaning Stephen McGinn or Josh Walker will deputise.
Likely Line-up:
Loach
Doyley Mariappa M.Taylor A.Taylor
Eustace (c)
Buckley Mutch McGinn
Sordell Graham
Home Form:
WATFORD 2-2 Doncaster Rovers
WATFORD 3-1 Middlesbrough
WATFORD 2-3 Swansea City
Watford-Ipswich Town Head2Head:
Watford 2-1 Ipswich
Ipswich 1-1 Watford
Ipswich 0-0 Watford
Watford 2-1 Ipswich
Ipswich Town Team News:
Ipswich have only two absentees in Darren O'Dea and Alan Quinn after David Norris and Luke Hyam were fit to face Coventry at the weekend.
The addition of Jack Colback gives Roy Keane a selection headache in midfield with fellow loanee Jake Livermore starting brightly.
Starting XI Vs. Coventry:
Fulop
Peters McAuley Smith Kennedy
Townsend Livermore Leadbitter Hyam
Edwards

Key Player: Jason Scotland
